On 'It's the Talk of the Town', the alto saxophonist puts his or her virtuosity at the service of a popular jazz ballad, accompanied by a well-balanced string ensemble and jazz rhythm section.Recommended editions for further study include the corresponding book 'Strings' (ADV7058), which features the complete transcriptions of the alto saxophone solos.
